Healthy cooking and safe practices in Food & Nutrition class

In additional the reading, writing and arithmetic, students are learning lifelong skills such as safe and healthy cooking practices!

Students in Amy Shonka’s Food & Nutrition class have been developing their health and wellness practices for safe food handling. Students prepared a marinade for chicken which will be used in a healthy noodle dish this week.
