Excerpts from student thank you letters

“When I first started Pius X, I could never have imagined how much this school would impact and help me, not just academically, but spiritually as well. I am so thankful that I get this amazing opportunity….After graduating I plan on going to university and eventually to medical school, hoping to become a pediatrician. I have always loved children and helping people….I am very grateful that I was selected to receive [the George O’Boyle Scholarship] and know that it will help me and my family out greatly. Again, thank you and God Bless.”

“I have four younger brothers….every extra penny helps my parents out when it comes to our tuition, bills, sports, etc. This is again why I’m so thankful, because my brothers and I get to be a part of all these fun things, and we get to do what we love and enjoy our childhoods. Being able to attend Pius X High School is such an amazing thing, and things like these scholarships are what help to allow it. The atmosphere and the people are just so great and positive. The teachers do such a good job of helping the students. I can live out my Catholic faith and grow closer to God every day, which is a blessing within itself. You have helped to make that possible and for that I will be forever grateful. You will be in my prayers…”
