Class activity puts math shapes into action

Students in Differentiated Geometry were learning the particulars of various shapes: congruence, parallel, perpendicular, degree of angles, and more. To better understand a shape, groups of students had to ‘act out’ the shape while sharing the details with classmates. The teacher is Anne Driewer. Latest Stories

Aylward to be inducted into state hall of fame

Tim Aylward, longtime teacher, coach and athletic director at Pius X High School, will be inducted into the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, Sept. 26. He is being honored for his success during his tenure as head football coach.
