Erica Wenzl ‘09 married Dr. Edgar Nieto Lopez at St. John’s Catholic Church in Lincoln, NE on 12/17/2022. The couple resides in Boone, IA. Edgar works at Iowa State University doing research and teaching in plant pathology. Erica works at WellPoint doing Medicaid waiver case management. Outside of work, Erica assists with high school youth ministry for the Catholic Church in Ames. They plan to have a second wedding in Mexico.
