THUNDERBOLT 'FOODIES'

Kathryn (Slattery) Johnson ’12

First Food Job: Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Current Food Job/Hustle/Passion: Pastry Chef at Art & Soul
Food Memories: I always remember baking with my mom and sisters growing up, especially during the holidays. Still to this day, we have a designated “bake day” where we make all of our favorite holiday goodies.
Pius X Memories: During my senior year, I got very sick and ultimately ended up having to have a combined heart & liver transplant. I will never forget how everyone at Pius, staff and students alike, banded together to show their support for me in my fight. It was always reassuring to know I had my Pius family on my side cheering me on and storming the Heavens on my behalf. I will forever be grateful for that.
