Orchestra

The Orchestra is for students in any grade who play an orchestral string instrument such as Violin, Viola, Cello, or Bass. The emphasis of this class is placed on playing fundamentals, growth of technical abilities, musicianship, and rehearsal skills. This ensemble will play a variety of orchestral music from the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic periods as well as more recent compositions. This group will play at school concerts and may also participate in music festivals when appropriate.
