Senior Brandon Sumner taught himself five different instruments his freshman year after hearing his favorite musicians and deciding he wanted to imitate them.
“I started making music my freshman year when I wanted to replicate a bunch of the musicians I heard,” Sumner said. “I had an old drum kit and started playing that which caused me to buy more instruments like a guitar and base and we already had a piano. So I started practicing those.
