Taste tests like these are part of Pius X’s Farm to School program thanks to a LIFT (Local Indigenous Food Training) Grant.
Results of the taste test scored an A!
- Loved It! = 190 (79.5%)
- Liked It = 43 (18%)
- Maybe Next Time = 6 (2.5%)
The total acceptance rate (Loved + Liked) = 97.5%!!! The grant goal was to have at least 80% acceptance.
