When I realized/discovered I wanted to be a teacher: I realized I wanted to be a teacher when I noticed the relationships I built with teachers as a student. Mr. Spicka & Charf were big roll models for me.
School memories that impacted how/why I teach: The way the teachers at Pius not only cared about our progress in the classroom, but also built a relationship with us outside of school and learned about our personal lives. I remember a lot of teachers going to sporting events to cheer on students from their classes
The impact of my students on me: Having a child (and nieces/nephews) has taught me that children learn at different paces, and that I need to be more patient with my students and their learning
Family Update: Wife, Madyson and daughter, Macy Jane
Hobbies & Activities: Coaching, golfing, playing with my daughter, spending time with family
Personal Achievement: coaching baseball and softball, graduating college, meeting the love of my life, and growing my family
