This endowed fund was established in December 2005 by Dr. Jules V. VanDersarl ’61, in memory of his parents, Jules Sr. and Clovis VanDersarl and benefits our science and music departments. Since the inception of the VanDersarl Endowment, several thousands of dollars have been given back to the school, and been used to purchase music, a video camera, a keyboard, and microscopes and Pro Scout balances for the Science department. More recently, new curtains were purchased for the Music Department thanks to the distributions from this fund.

The legacies created by our named scholarships and endowments, such as the VanDersarl Endowment, will forever touch the lives of Pius X students and their families with the gifts that they give back to the school.
