Video: Morning strength and conditioning program prepares athletes

Every Tuesday-Friday morning at exactly 6:12, some student athletes involved in baseball and football meet in the gym to start their day with strength and conditioning.

Around 10-20 students show up each morning, each one ready to work.

“Getting everyone here in the morning is probably the toughest part,” junior Carter Gokie said.
