The Teacher Excellence Fund is a quasi-endowed fund established to help Pius X High School attract and retain excellent teachers, by helping the school provide competitive compensation. Pius X Foundation believes that the long-term financial stability of the school requires funds for scholarships and tuition assistance for students, and funds to attract, retain, and develop excellent teachers. To attract and retain excellent teachers, the compensation paid to the teachers must be competitive with that of local schools. The purpose of the Teacher Excellence Fund is to provide for, or to supplement, consistent annual salary increases for the Qualified Employees of the School.

Pius X Foundation or any person or other organization may make contributions toward the Teacher Excellence Fund.
