March 15-16, 2024
The 19th annual Alumni Basketball Tournament will be March 15-16 at Pius X High School. This tournament began in 2005 with 24 teams and 3 divisions. Over the years the tournament has grown to include as many as 36 teams and 5 divisions and has become one of the largest alumni basketball tournaments in the state! This is a great testament to Pius X as a school and community and to all of you who come to play basketball, support the school and connect with fellow alumni. None of this would be possible without your support so a BIG THANK YOU goes out to everyone who has made this such a great event!
The cost is $60 per player, no matter how many games a player plans to play. Included is a guarantee of 3 games, a shirt, and referees. Remember, if your class has a large number of players, more than one team can be formed. There is no need to have played basketball in high school in order to play in this tournament…we want everyone.
Use the form below to register for the tournament. You will be asked for your name, email, graduating class, your class captain, shirt size, and how many of the first 17 tournaments (including this one) that you have played in. You will also electronically sign the liability waiver.
Once you sign up, look for emails as the tournament gets closer from either your captain or alumnibasketball@piusx.net.Â

2024 Waiver Form
Welcome to the 2024 Pius X Alumni Tourney. I, the undersigned, waive any and all claims which I now have, or may have in the future, against any and all persons, or other organizations which are connected in any way with the sponsorship and/or operation of this tournament for the occurrence or onset of any harm, injury or condition whatsoever, whether to our person or to our property, arising out of our participation in this tournament or the social afterward. I agree and understand that I am participating in this event at his/her own risk. This is also a photo and video release.
I understand that coaches, school personnel, their assistants or anyone who prepares any playing courts shall not be liable for the injury or death of any participant in the Pius X Alumni Basketball Tournament which results from the negligence of any of the above listed individuals.
I also understand and agree that if any team member participates in any tournament game without having signed this waiver, that member may be disqualified from further participation in the tournament without refund of any portion of the entry fee.
